LUMECLUSTER POLICY
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES ON PURCHASED ARTWORK
No refunds or exchanges. All purchases are final. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless an error was made by Lumecluster. Any refused shipments returned to Lumecluster do not constitute Client the right to a refund/credit. Client is responsible for all shipping costs and to make all arrangements with Lumecluster for any refused shipments (if any) by e-mailing shop@lumecluster.com.
To change/cancel a shipment, please e-mail shop@lumecluster.com as soon as possible. Lumecluster will try to accommodate the request but once the shipping process has started, it cannot be changed/cancelled.
LOSSES
Lumecluster is not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss of shipment in the mail.
