Dear Dreamer,
It's another chilly Sunday, so why not sit down and have a cup of tea with me?
Last week, we explored the fourth layer of armor filled with mountains, magical gourds, and quiet sanctuaries. Now we've arrived at the fifth and final layer before our November 8th release, for those who've weathered a long season and are ready to blossom in new ways.

The leaves are falling here and the trees have turned many warm colors. Beautiful, but a little sad too. Then I think of the plum blossom, which blooms in the cold before the leaves return. In Chinese art, it symbolizes endurance, hope, and the beauty of fleeting moments. A reminder that even after a difficult season, something new can begin again.

Our first Plum Blossom Study Curio Pendant is now joined by the new Writer's Curio Pendant, a little world for working through your thoughts. A branch of plum blossoms rises from a vase over a desk of books, notebook, pen, inkwell, and tea. It's for the project you're working through, the letter you've been meaning to write, or a difficult day that calls for a warm cup and time to think.

Both pendants draw inspiration from Chinese curio shelves, where carvings, books, teapots, and keepsakes held meaningful memories, reminders, and lessons. But dreams and ideas aren't meant to stay on the shelf. They're meant to blossom in real life. So the new plum blossom pendants, huggies, studs, climbers, bracelet, and ring allow you to carry that blossom into the rest of your life.

If the plum blossom reminds you to take your dreams off the shelf and into the world, the star blossoms remind you to expand your world. Turn the Favorite Book Pile Pendant over and you'll find a hidden wonderland of star blossoms on the back.
They represent the imagination that blooms when we read, make art, explore, and follow our curiosity. Because reading doesn't just open other worlds. It expands your own. Now the star blossoms will also be available on new pendants, earrings, rings, and a bracelet for the part of you that keeps reaching for the stars.

And then there are two little teapots. One shaped like a plum blossom bud and the other like a pumpkin, which is a gourd associated with abundance in Chinese symbolism. Look within each and you'll find a plum blossom in one and a star blossom in the other, ready to flavor your tea. Not literally, of course :)

Maybe it's a reminder that hope and wonder can be found even in the little things. On those days, perhaps a cup of tea (or coffee), putting pen on paper, a walk outside, or a chat with someone who gets you can help you see a new way through.
Stay warm <3
Melissa
P.S. Next week, I'll show you how to mix and match between the five layers so you can create armor that tells your own story.
